If something went wrong with your purchase due to a technical problem or because you forgot to scan your QR in store, you can get your points for purchases through the app.
You just need to keep your ticket and go to the section LIFEstylers > My tickets and click on "ADD NEW TICKET", fill in the required data and add your ticket manually. This way your purchase points will not be lost and you will be able to accumulate them. You will only be able to add tickets during the 15 days following the purchase date reflected on the ticket itself. After these 15 days you will not be able to accumulate your points and you will receive an error message such as "ticket not found".
The option to add tickets is only available through the app, not the Web.
